We create a beautiful and secure online gallery where you can share and download your photos. We simply send you the link and password and within seconds you’re smiling at your stunning pictures.

Your final video will be delivered via a private link. From this link, you can download the full-resolution file and share it anywhere you like.

Photos
Every photo is carefully edited to match the look and feel you see on our website. We adjust color, exposure, contrast, and composition to make sure your images look natural, beautiful, and polished.

We may do minor retouching when needed, like removing small distractions in the background. We never alter faces or bodies, and we don’t use AI to change the scene — no added snow, no changed skies, no background alterations.

All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, perfect for printing up to 60x90cm.

Video
You will receive your edited 1.5–2 minute film via a private link, where you can easily watch, download, and share the file.
Your video can be delivered in landscape format (ideal for TV and screen viewing), vertical format (perfect for Instagram Reels and mobile sharing), or both — depending on what we agree on during the shoot.
We edit using a blend of royalty-free music and the original sounds captured during the session — like your children laughing, playing, or talking — to keep the film feeling authentic, warm, and true to your family.

Believe it or not, pretty much everyone tells us this before their session, and it never turns out to be true! When you’re having a great time, you look more beautiful than you thought was ever possible. Your only job is to relax and have fun.
Put on your colourful waterproof ski clothes and boots, and get out in the snow! Bring goggles or sunglasses, but be assured that we will also create shots where eyes are clearly visible. You may want to bring some snacks too, as well-fed kids are happy kids!

We film in a very natural way and find the best results come from unscripted sessions. However, if there are particular moments you would like to capture, like a person saying a few words to the camera or a child reading a poem, we will be sure to work with you to record this in a beautiful and authentic way.

After you send an inquiry for a photo or video session, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to sort out the time, location, and any special details for your session.
To lock in your spot, full payment is needed at least 24 hours before the session. You can pay via bank transfer or with a secure payment link that we’ll send you – whatever’s easiest for you.

Depending on our availability, it’s going to be one of us on the shooting day. We will let you know whether it’s Reuben or Polly while booking a session. Nothing to worry about, the result will be the same – just like the photos and videos presented on this website.

Mountain weather is not known for being predictable! Capturing weddings and family sessions has meant that we have photographed in just about every type of weather condition imaginable — rain, wind, snow, and bright sunlight — so please don’t panic if the weather takes a turn for the worst. We always finish with beautiful photography.

The most important thing is that your family members have fun and feel comfortable.

We often do indoor shoots, so photographing in the comfort of your chalet is also possible and will always produce lovely, relaxed images.

Rarely will we need to reschedule, but occasionally if very adverse conditions are forecast, we can find another date. We generally check the weather 2–3 days before your session, when forecasts become more reliable, and confirm or adjust the date if needed.

• The photographers will be either Reuben Shaul or Polly Shaul, who both photograph in the same style.

• Full payment is required before the photo session takes place. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• The session may be rescheduled due to bad weather, subject to Studio Polly’s availability.

• If the session is cancelled by Studio Polly, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, a 100€ cancellation fee applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery within two weeks of the session.

• No printed materials are provided.

• All images receive professional editing consistent with the style shown on Studio Polly’s portfolio (color, exposure, contrast, and composition adjustments).

• We do not use AI to modify images or change backgrounds, skies, or add snow.

• Minor retouching (object removal, light skin correction) may be done at the photographer’s discretion.

• Clients may use the delivered images freely for personal use (social media, printing, sharing). Commercial use is not permitted without written permission.
