We’ll come to your chalet or meet you at the agreed session location in and around Morzine, Les Gets or Avoriaz*. We know this area well and are happy to guide you on the best locations for your session.

Great locations include:

• Woodland and park areas. Parc des Dérêches in Morzine is one of our favourite locations (if there is snow).
• On the ski slopes in areas that are reachable on foot and by telecabine.
• In and around the chalet, especially if there is snow and your chalet takes
  advantage of the mountain sun light

*Sessions that take place further afield may require travelling costs to be covered, please get in touch for details.

We create a beautiful and secure online album where you can share and download your photos. We simply send you the link and password and within seconds you’re smiling at your stunning pictures.
A separate link and password will be sent to view and download your video.

Yes, all the photos are edited to the quality shown on this website. Editing includes colour, exposure and contrast correction. No retouching will be applied. All the digital files will be high resolution jpegs suitable for printing in sizes up to 60x90cm without losing details.
We carefully edit your video to include the most natural and beautiful moments from your session. We select tone appropriate, non-commercial instrumental music to complement the footage. The editing also includes colour, exposure and contrast correction. The length of the final edited video file is minimum 2 minutes. There’s an option to extend your video package with full unedited RAW files (such as speeches, performances etc) or a longer edited video. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

You can easily purchase high quality prints from the online gallery and have them sent directly to your home.
We can also make a beautiful album of your favourite photos. We’ll design it for you and have it professionally printed in bookshop quality. The product can be printed as many times as you wish for family and friends and sent directly to your home

Believe it or not, pretty much everyone tells us this before their session, and it never turns out to be true! When you’re having a great time, you look more beautiful than you thought was ever possible. Your only job is to relax and have fun.
Put on your colourful waterproof ski clothes and boots, and get out in the snow! Bring goggles or sunglasses, but be assured that we will also create shots where eyes are clearly visible. You may want to bring some snacks too, as well-fed kids are happy kids!

We film in a very natural way and find the best results come from unscripted sessions. However, if there are particular moments you would like to capture, like a person saying a few words to the camera or a child reading a poem, we will be sure to work with you to record this in a beautiful and authentic way.

Once you send an inquiry for a photo/video session via the website, we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the specifics of time, location and any special requirements for the session. The payment can be done on the session day or beforehand, in cash or via bank transaction.

Depending on our availability, it’s going to be one of us on the shooting day. We will let you know whether it’s Reuben or Polly while booking a session. Nothing to worry about, the result will be the same – just like the photos and videos presented on this website.

Mountain weather is not known for being predictable! Capturing weddings and family sessions has meant that we have photographed in just about every type of weather condition imaginable – rain, wind, snow and bright sunlight – so please don’t panic if the weather takes a turn for the worst. We always finish with beautiful photography. The most important thing is your family members have fun and feel comfortable. We often do indoor shoots, so photographing in the comfort of your chalet accommodation is also possible and will always produce lovely relaxed images. Rarely will we need to re-schedule, but occasionally if very adverse conditions are forecast we can find another date. We need four days notice to re-schedule, so please check the conditions ahead of the session and get in touch if you would prefer to do another date.

There will be a 25€ cancelation/no-show fee if you are unable to make it without giving at least 48 hours prior notice.
